Air-Dry
In air drying we extract moisture from the raw material evenly by applying hot air. It is excellent when you are looking for a good priced solution.
Freeze-Dry
Freeze drying is the best method when you want to preserve the shape, color and aroma of the ingredient. Pressure is applied to a fast frozen ingredient until the water evaporates. Some of our peas and corn are dried with this process.
Sun-Dry
Sun drying is a process used since ancient times. Simple, natural and economical; widely used, especially for herbs and spices.
Drum-Dry
Drum drying is ideal for liquids with a high viscosity or pureed foods such as tomatoes and potatoes. We apply heat while the ingredient passes, removing its moisture.
Spray-Dry
In spray drying, a dry powder is obtained from a liquid that is passed through an atomizer while a hot gas is applied.
